Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant to taste. It mellows, and turns into a warm hug to your senses. We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After the brewing process, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.
